Services Provided- *.pdf Road Work *************************************************************************************************************************** An Important Message from the Service Department Tree Brush Clean Up: When cleaning up downed limbs from storms, please bundle the smaller branches together in no longer than 4 foot lengths and leave them with your garbage for Allied Waste to collect. Larger branches, up to 8 inches in diameter, should be placed on the tree lawn for the City Chipping Service to mulch. If using the chipping service, please do not break the branches into small pieces; larger pieces make this process faster, easier and safer for our workers to serve you. Do not stack branches in high piles as it causes safety problems for drivers. Call 440-716-4153 to schedule the Chipping Service. **************************************************************************
Bicycle News If you lost a bicycle and have proof of ownership and a description of the bike, contact the North Olmsted Fleet Manager at 440-716-4160. The Service Department has bikes in storage that have not been claimed. Be prepared to provide a description of your missing bike, to include the make and size, and any other distinguishing characteristics. Note: Bicycle licenses can be obtained at the North Olmsted Police Department and are FREE OF CHARGE. You will need the model number and serial number of your bike to obtain a license. ************************************************************************************************************************** The City's 10-year old chipper recently received a face lift thanks to our talented Fleet Maintenance Department. Instead of spending approximately $25,000 on a new piece of equipment, the chipper was given a tune up and a make over. Great job guys!
