Development Process
All proposals for commercial, industrial, office, mixed use, and multi-family residential development must be reviewed by the City's boards and commissions and ultimately approved by City Council. All applicants are advised to contact the City's Building, Engineering and/or Planning Departments for guidance through the review process.
The flow chart outlines the basic procedures for review of development proposals, rezoning proposals, subdivisions and lot splits and consolidations.
