ZONING CODE UPDATE
The Planning Department is charged with updating the City's Zoning Code to be consistent with the recommendations contained in the 2005 Master Plan.  Since 2005, many amendments to the Zoning Code have been made, which have:

·         Streamlined the City's development review process

·         Updated Conditional Use Permit procedures and requirements

·         Updated the Senior Residence District

·         Created a new Residential Cluster District

·         Created a new Residential Office District

·         Amended Business District regulations to recognize new types of businesses

·         Amended sign regulations to limit and control temporary signs
