Audio Visual Consulting and Design Services Request for Qualifications

The City of North Olmsted passed Resolution 2023-78 authorizing the Administration to solicit statements of qualifications from Qualified professionals to service as the City’s Audio Visual consultants to design improvements to the City Council Chambers and the Caucus facilities.

The City is seeking assistance with designing a comprehensive solution that is seamless and user friendly for the Clerk of City Council as well as the Clerks of various boards and commissions. It is paramount that the system designed be done so with a keen eye towards ease of use and functionality for the operator. Presently, the system in place is unreliable and difficult to manage. Moreover, there are separate systems for each room. The new solution must be integrated such that both facilities operate on the same technology. Lastly, consideration will need to be given to how multimedia display, such as a PowerPoint presentation, are integrated into the streaming experience for residents watching online.
