COMMUNITY CABIN AMENITIES 
- Rental of the Community Cabin includes 8 foot tables and folding chairs
- Eight people can be seated to each eight foot table (four chairs on each side)
- Maximum occupation of the Community Cabin is 200 people.
- Kitchen amenities include: Upright refrigerator w/freezer, ice maker, microwave, gas oven and stovetop, sink, coffee pots (2) 100 cup
- Men & Women's ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) Restrooms
- ADA drinking fountains
- ADA Stage
- Coat rack with hangers
- Emergency Defibrillator located inside hallway
- The Community Cabin is nestled in the North Olmsted Park and is surrounded by several different types playground equipment (including ADA)
- All pavilion rentals and or baseball / volleyball rentals must be made through the North Olmsted parks and Recreation Department (440) 734-8200
Included in your hourly rental contract rate is a non refundable flat fee of $50.00 for tables, chairs and custodian fees. Also included in your rental contract is the $50.00 Damage Deposit. The City of North Olmsted has the right to keep the $50.00 damage deposit if the Cabin is not cleaned up after rental. - Please be sure to plan your rental hours accordingly, you will not be allowed to occupy the Cabin earlier then your rental contract. Therefore, please include any set-up and decoration time in your rental agreement.
- Contracts, Waivers and event set up documentation must accompany your check.
- The Cabin is considered reserved upon submittal of contract and complete payment.
