2011 New Leaf Pick-Up Collection Program
The 2011 Leaf Pick-Up Program will begin on Monday, October 24, 2011
and will continue until December 12, 2011.

Leaf pick-up will begin on the east side of the City.

The crew will travel north to south working their way from east to west.

Each street will receive a minimum of three leaf pick-ups per leaf season.

The first collection is predicted to take 2 to 3 weeks to complete,

the second collection is expected to take 3 to 5 weeks to complete,

and it is estimated that the third pass will take 2 to 3 weeks.

It is very important for residents to get their leaves out as soon as they are ready

… crews will be collecting leaves on rainy days!

If leaves are not out when a pass has been made, it may be several weeks before the crew returns.

FINAL 2011 LEAF COLLECTION INFORMATION
Our contractor, Three-Z, has informed us that because of the New Collection Process and the nice weather, they have completed all Three rounds of each street in the City. They are going to make a final pass to collect any more piles you may have on Monday December 5, 2011. It is very important to get any remaining leaves to the tree lawn by then. After December 5th, the Leaf Collection Program for 2011 will be completed and any remaining leaves will have to be bagged for pick-up with your normal rubbish collection
