Household Hazardous Waste Round Up
Spring: April 15 through April 29
Summer: July 8 through July 22

Drop off location: Service Yard / Fleet Garage at 5200 Dover Center Road
Oil or solvent-based paint, sealers, primers, or coatings (aerosols or liquids)
Varnishes, polyurethanes, shellacs
Paint thinner, mineral spirits, turpentine
Pesticides, herbicides, fungicides
Caustic household cleaners
Automotive fluids, motor oil, car batteries
Adhesives, roof tar, driveway sealer
Kerosene, gasoline, lighter fluid

No Latex paint
Latex paint is comprised mostly of water and is not a hazardous material to dispose of latex paint dry it out by removing the lid. Once it has solidified you place in your curbside trash

Collected: Any type of liquid waste oil in a sealed container will be taken year round
Computer Round Up
Drop off location: Service Yard / Fleet Garage at 5200 Dover Center Road Items collected: CPU's, monitors, keyboards, software, mice, printers, terminals, modems, ink jet cartridges, cell phones, etc.
Scrap Tire Round Up
September 1 through September 27
Drop off location: Service Yard / Fleet Garage at 5200 Dover Center Road Items collected: Used tires without rims only.
**You can dispose of your old tires through your tire retailer at the time of purchase of new tires.
Paper and Cardboard Container Recycling
Drop off location: Cardboard/Paper Dumpster at 5200 Dover Center Road
Items collected: Paper, cardboard, junk mail, phone books, newspaper, magazines and shoeboxes. No food packing/containers or pizza boxes
Phone Book Recycling Campaign
Drop off location: 5200 Dover Center Road

Appliance (Freon) Curbside Collection

Items collected: Any appliance containing Freon; refrigerators, freezers, air conditioning units, dehumidifiers, etc.
