Heritage Home Program

Home improvements have never been easier. Through the Heritage Home Program, the Cleveland Restoration Society offers free technical assistance and advice to the owners of houses that are over 50 years old. Homeowners can apply for low interest loans at a fixed rate of 2.0% for up to 15 years for interior and exterior repairs, maintenance, additions and modernizations. See www.heritagehomeprogram.org/.
