The fitness center offers a wide variety of cardio machines, strength equipment and free weights. Our equipment is state of the art, user friendly and great for beginners. Fitness attendants are on duty to ensure smooth operation of the equipment and answer your questions. The fitness center is for members and guests 12 years of age and older.

Personal training sessions are the most popular service we provide at Prescription Fitness. This individual attention is the most effective way to reach your goals. A personal training session includes a health screening, exercise history and goal setting. We will do a body composition analysis, record your weight and take your measurements on a monthly basis. You will also receive phone support throughout the week. This is all included in your 60 minute personal training session fee.
