Proof of Resident, City Employee, Work in North Olmsted and Bordering Neighbor is required when purchasing a new membership or renewing an old membership.
Examples of proof of Resident are utility bills, current insurance card (showing address), current credit card bill, and a cell phone bill.
Examples of proof of City Employee are a valid City of North Olmsted identification card with valid expiration date or a recent pay stub.
Examples of proof of Work in North Olmsted are a valid work identification card with valid expiration date, recent pay stub or a letter from a supervisor.
Examples of proof of Bordering Neighbor are utility bills, current insurance card (showing address), current credit card bill, and a cell phone bill.
Resident is defined as a person who lives within the city borders of North Olmsted with a zip code of 44070.
City Employee is defined as a person who works for the City of North Olmsted.
Work in North Olmsted is defined as a person who works for a business within the city borders of North Olmsted with a zip code of 44070.
Bordering Neighbor is defined as a person who lives within the cities borders of Brook Park, Fairview Park, Olmsted Falls, Olmsted Township, North Ridgeville, and Westlake.
Non-Resident is defined as a person who does not live within the city borders of North Olmsted or a bordering neighbor.
Couple is defined as two people who live at the same address and are both between the ages of 18-54 years old. Only one person needs to qualify to receive the City Employee rate or the Work in North Olmsted rate.
Family is defined as up to five people, living at the same address. Only one person needs to qualify to receive the City Employee rate or the Work in North Olmsted rate.
Senior Couple is defined as two people who live at the same address and at least one person is above the age of 55 years old. Only one person needs to qualify to receive the City Employee rate or the Work in North Olmsted rate.
Additional Information
• All members will be asked to scan their key fob at the front desk when they enter the Recreation Center.
• A photo must be taken when purchasing a new membership, for identification purposes.
• Access to SilverSneakers® classes and Friday Night DJ Skate and other special events are not included in your membership.
