Our Adult and Youth program offers year round opportunities to participate in a variety of competitive and challenging activities. With the changing of each season bring new programs. Check out our current list programs here.



The North Olmsted Parks and Recreation Department would like to invite you to join our 3rd-4th, 5th-6th, & 7th-8th Grade Boys Lacrosse Teams. Players must provide their own equipment. Teams will compete in the Northern Ohio Lacrosse League. Practices will begin in March starting indoors, and will move outdoors when the weather breaks. Teams will compete in league games and 2 tournaments (could participate in more tournaments for an additional fee).

Coaches are needed for all levels. No experience necessary to coach.

*Any girls interested will be put on a waitlist to see if we have enough interest for a team. Contact information for surrounding cities with Girls Lacrosse can be provided until a team is set up in North Olmsted.

**$125 due at registration for 3rd-4th & 5th-6th. $10 due at registration 7th-8th. The remainder of the fee will be due when there are enough players to form a team in those age groups.


A participant’s age on August 1st determines ages for all leagues. Every effort will be made to make up cancelled games. In leagues with tournaments at their conclusion, it may be difficult to accommodate all cancelled games. Practices will start in April with games starting mid-May (T-ball & coach pitch will start games in June). Coaches needed, please contact Tim Campbell at 440-716-4214 or if interested.

Spring Flag Football
These leagues will feature teams from surrounding communities. Games will be played home and away, so there is some travel required. Practices will be during the week and determined by the coaches. Most games will be on Saturdays with the potential for a week night game. Practices will start in early March with a 6-week season starting at the end of March. Jump Start Sports Hoops Stars
Coaches from Jump Start Sports will run this instructional basketball program for children in grades pre-K to 2nd. Players are taught the basics of dribbling, passing, shooting, positioning, defense, and rebounding. They then apply what they have learned in fun, non-competitive games. Players will be assigned to teams and each session will include a game as well the instruction. Classes are held at Birch Elementary, 24100 Palm Dr.
